I’m a native English translator and language specialist from the UK, with experience living and working in several countries, including France, Mexico, Spain and Finland. This international background has shaped the way I approach communication, giving me a strong awareness of cultural context and how people use language in real‑world situations.
After many years in Spanish‑ and Catalan‑speaking Barcelona, I am now based just outside Paris. French is once again part of my everyday life, while Spanish and Catalan remain central to both my home and professional life. I translate from Spanish, French and Catalan into English and offer English‑language proofreading and quality-assurance services. My areas of specialisation include training and education, international development, corporate communication and marketing content, with experience across travel, outdoor and food‑related projects.
I hold a master’s degree in Translation Studies from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, supported by extensive professional experience in the language industry across both teaching and translation. My aim is always to deliver clear, well‑crafted work that meets the needs of each client.
